"My Wedding Speech" wasn’t just a tribute. It was a heartfelt declaration of love — to his story, the people who walked alongside him, and, of course, the woman of his life, Giovanna. 💍
🕺 To his best men, our beloved McGuys, he sang, playfully adapting the lyrics to mention each of the boys — Harry, Dougie, and Danny — with cheeky jokes and sweet nods to their friendship. It was a lighthearted, funny, and incredibly touching part of the speech that still brings tears to our eyes. 😭
👰♀️ And for Giovanna… he went even further. He rewrote “All About You” (the song he wrote for her on Valentine’s Day back in 2004) and had a children’s choir join in to sing this love out loud. Absolutely spine-tingling, even to this day. 😭
Tom didn’t just give a speech. He made history.
And we’ve never forgotten it. 💙

SPTom Fletcher and his 11-year-old son Buzz delivered one of the most emotional moments of this year’s Children In Need, stunning millions of viewers with a father-son duet so moving that social media erupted into tears.
The song, written by Tom especially for Pudsey and the new 25-minute animated CBeebies film Thread of Hope, became the emotional centrepiece of the night. And as soon as the final note faded, Buzz couldn’t hide his pride. Beaming, he said that performing with his dad at Children In Need felt “absolutely incredible” and admitted he had always wanted to follow in Tom’s footsteps after watching him on stage with McFly.

“Una de las primeras cosas impactantes que vi entrando [en Gaza] fueron los perros merodeando por las ruinas. Le pregunté al colega que estaba conmigo por qué estaban tan gordos y me dijo que porque están buscando cadáveres. Y te das cuenta que la gente está delgada. Y ves esto durante kilómetros y kilómetros”, ha señalado.
