HADi hadapan jajaran pejabat struktural dan ratusan ASN lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara, Sherly menegaskan bahwa kebijakan efisiensi anggaran tidak berdampak pada pemotongan TPP bagi staf.
“Tidak ada pemotongan TPP sebesar 20 persen untuk level staf, baik PNS maupun PPPK. Jika ada yang mengalami pemotongan, silakan laporkan dan koordinasikan dengan pimpinan OPD,” tegas Sherly.
Sherly juga menjelaskan bahwa pada tahun 2026 Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara menghadapi kebijakan pengurangan Transfer ke Daerah (TKD) dari pemerintah pusat sebesar 20 persen atau sekitar Rp800 miliar. Kondisi tersebut membuat pemerintah daerah harus melakukan efisiensi anggaran di berbagai sektor.
Meski demikian, Pemprov Maluku Utara tetap berupaya memastikan pembayaran TPP ASN dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya sebagai bentuk komitmen pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai.
“Di tengah efisiensi anggaran dan tertahannya transfer pusat ke daerah, kami tetap mengupayakan pembayaran TPP ASN,” kata Sherly.

RITPP di pemerintah daerah bukan hak yang disamaratakan,
melainkan kebijakan daerah yang diatur oleh:
📘 PP Nomor 12 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah.
📘 Permendagri Nomor 77 Tahun 2020 sebagai pedoman teknis.
TPP diberikan sesuai kemampuan keuangan daerah, ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Kepala Daerah,dan dievaluasi oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
Karena PAD dan kondisi fiskal tiap daerah berbeda,
maka besar TPP ASN antar daerah wajar tidak sama.
