TE🔶الـ traceroute أو tracert في نظام ويندوز
هي اداة بسيطة لكنها قوية تستخدم لمعرفة الطريق اللي بتسلكه البيانات من جهازك إلى اي سيرفر أو موقع في الانترنت
تخيل انك ترسل رسالة لشخص في مدينة ثانيه والرسالة تمر من مدينة الى مدينة لين توصل له
نفس الشيء يصير في الإنترنت
لما تحاول توصل موقع مثل google.com البيانات ما تروح مباشرة بل تمر على اجهزة (تسمى Routers) موجودة في شبكات مختلفة
وهنا يجي دور traceroute و وظيفته يقولك انه كل نقطة (او Router) تمر فيها البيانات وانت في طريقك للموقع المطلوب
كيف يشتغل ؟
1) يرسل حزم بيانات (عادةً باستخدام بروتوكول ICMP أو UDP)
2) يستخدم قيمة اسمها TTL (Time To Live) وهي اللي تتحكم في كم عدد القفزات او الـ hops اللي تقدر تسويها الباكيت
🔹مثال |
لو TTL = 5 .. هذا يعني الباكيت مسموح لها تمر عبر 5 اجهزة فقط بعدين تنتهي وتنحذف
وجملة ( TTL Exceeded ) يعني انه الباكيت خلصت عمرها أو وصلت للحد المسموح له من
الـ hops قبل ما توصل لوجهتها
3) يزيد الـ TTL وحدة وحدة .. بحيث
- اول حزمة تطلع وتوصل لأول Router فقط
- الثانية توصل للثاني وهكذا ..
4) كل Router تستقبل الباكيت وترد برسالة تقول (انا هنا) والـ traceroute يسجل عنوانها وكم استغرق الوقت للوصول لها
ليه نستخدم الاداة ؟
✅نعرف فين في مشكلة .. لو توقف التتبع عند نقطة معينة نعرف انه فيه خلل أو انقطاع هناك
✅نفهم البنية التحتية للانترنت من حولنا
✅نحل مشاكل بطء الاتصال أو التأخير

Why The Other Options Are Incorrect:
A. netstat

B. nslookup
Nslookup resolves domain names to IP addresses and queries DNS records. It provides no visibility into routing paths or link usage.
C. ping
