IMPORTANT every rep shown was one of the first few from the set (except jm), just to keep the vid shorter. But training right up to failure is very very important if u run a low volume high frequency split, no bitching out Just about everything is 2 sets , 5-7 reps. If you’re new to gym, error on the higher rep side, no more than 10 usually -upper chest, clavicular fly. Made a whole vid abt it -upper back, tbar row. Not my best form I recommend queuing “chest up” -Front/side delt, shoulder press. Don’t tuck your elbows -lats, sagittal pull. Also not my best form, again I rec queuing “chest up” to prevent rounding over the bar at the end of reps (prob gunna hurt your shoulder) -tricep long & short head, jm press. Elbows tucked! -lats, do a lat row, don’t do a pullover i don’t know why i did that -Chest, flys. Duh -Bis, dumbbell preacher. I rly like these recently , and unilateral is good for evening out imbalances -Tris short head (I think) , rope extension. Don’t move your elbows, that’s what jm press is for (1 set) -Side delt, cable lat raise, not necessary unless you have weak shoulders (1 set) Take everything here w a grain of salt as this is what I’ve found to work well for ME. That doesn’t mean it can’t be a good starting point for you, but it shouldn’t be your end all be all. With lifting you have to experiment w things and find what works for u. That goes for diet, exercises, splits, literally everything I also benched before all this but not for big knockers purposes, I just want to. tryna get that number up Very open to comments suggestions and questions, lmk in comments if you have any #upperday #gym #onyx #armworkout #summerphysique
