Okay first… I didn’t suddenly become a topper overnight 😌 I was just tired of staring at the same book for 3 hours and still feeling guilty. So I changed the way I study. Instead of reading everything line by line like a “perfect student” 🥲 I started reading like a “smart student” 🧠✨ I gave each chapter 10 minutes ⏱️ Timer on. Phone away. Airplane mode. No excuses. 🚫📱 In those 10 minutes I only: Read headings 📝 Understood the main idea 💡 Checked diagrams & flowcharts 📊 Noticed important terms ⭐ Looked at PYQs 👀 That’s it. No over-highlighting 🎨 No re-reading the same line 5 times 😭 No trying to be perfect. After 10 minutes, I closed the book and asked myself: “Okay… what was this chapter actually about?” 🤔 If I could explain it in simple words — done ✅ If not — 2-minute quick revision 🔁 And then I moved on. Here’s the honest truth 💭 You can’t memorize 5 chapters in one hour. But you can: ✔ Remove the fear ✔ Understand the basics ✔ Build a strong base for revision And sometimes… that’s the real win 🥹✨ Because once fear is gone, studying feels lighter. And lighter study = consistent study 💛📚 #StudyTips #motivation #consistentcy #explore #fyp

I don’t like long study sessions because it’s quite physically-exhausting. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions. Watching them work hard for their goals will definitely motivate you! If you haven’t found a study buddy yet, opt for my study with me videos! Maybe they would be helpful! #studygramvietnam #newstudygram #aestheticstudy #newstudygrammer #studyaccount #studycommunity #studyinspiration #studymotivation #astheticstudy #studyvlog #deskdecor #desksetup #studyview #studytips

How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student 12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life. 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower + exercise + breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends, evening walk, dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy students because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips: 1. When you start your study session, make sure you completely avoid cozy areas and your mobile phones. 2. Natural light is very important, so try to study in natural light. 3. When you take 2 hrs of break, you can sleep for some time to relax your mind. 4. You can also take a break for 2 to 5 minutes in between study sessions. 5. To make these long study hours easier, I use Oreate AI to turn my lectures into podcasts and flashcards, summarize notes instantly, and generate study outlines — so I spend more time focusing and less time organizing. 6. Constantly think about your goals.

Read Caption 👇 1. First download the syllabus of UPSC CSE (If you can’t find it out, then DM me to get the link) Get it printed. 2. Now read it, understand the syllabus for day or two (i mean literally repeat the process till you get the gist of exam pattern) 3. Now prioritise the subjects for instance Polity, Economy, History, Environment, Geography ( you can follow the same sequence, because number of questions come from these subjects are as descending as order) 4. Now you if want to do self study just search above subject on YouTube like this (let’s say you want to learn Indian polity search- Indian polity masterclass UPSC) and after that you can easily finish the book. 5. You can Complete each subject in the manner you want like online / offline sources 6. Start reading and analysing the newspaper along with it ( you can also watch daily newspaper analysis on YouTube, just search on YouTube for daily newspaper analysis and better to follow one or two authentic sources only) Don’t give more than 2hrs on newspaper reading/analysis. 7. Keep yourself updated with current events! 8.Most importantly Revision is the key to UPSC(success) Keep revising your static portions and don’t forget to analyse your performance! And,for any other query related to this exam you can drop your message here in the comment section! This question has been asked several times in my QnA session so here it us! Sit in a Proper Position • Sit on a chair and table • Keep your back straight • Use a bright light • Keep books at eye level 👉 Studying on bed = instant sleep mode 😴 ⸻ 💧 3. Wash Face / Drink Water • Wash face with cold water • Keep a water bottle near you • Sip water frequently • Lemon water helps refresh ⸻ ☕ 4. Smart Use of Drinks • Tea or coffee (not too much) • Avoid heavy sugary drinks • Don’t drink caffeine at night (disturbs sleep cycle) ⸻ ⏰ 5. Use the 25-5 Rule (Pomodoro) • Study 25 minutes • Break 5 minutes • Walk, stretch, breathe fresh air • Repeat This prevents mental tiredness. ⸻ 🏃 6. Do 2-Minute Physical Boost • 20 jumping jacks • Fast walking in room • Stretch hands and neck • Deep breathing (5 times) Body movement = brain activation ⚡ ⸻ 🍽 7. How to make a study plan 📖 ⬇️ 1. Organize your dates. First I like to look at the time I have until my next exam. Depending on how much time I have and how busy I am, I will space out my studying and set goals for how much I need to do each day. 2. Make a list of every single topic on the exam. For example, for my Spanish exam I made a list including grammar, vocabulary, conjugation, and essay practice. This allows you to assess the content you need to review and then you can set deadlines for when to review each topic. 3. Divide content into easy, medium, and hard difficulty. For example, I struggle with thermodynamics but not acid base chemistry. So I know what I need to work harder at and what needs less time to review. This allows you to better plan and prioritize your study time. 4. Schedule your study sessions with specific goals. For example, let’s say tomorrow I am studying equilibrium for 2 hours, doing practice problems and notetaking, and I am studying it at 9 AM. Be very specific with your plan but allow some flexibility as well! This increases the likelihood of you committing to your study plan. 5. Your plan is complete! Now that you have your list of study topics, your deadlines for reviewing each topic, and your difficulty categories complete, you can go ahead and get started. Keep it simple and realistic! #studyplan #studylife #studywithme #studyspo #studysupplies #studystudy #studyspiration #studyspace #studymotivation #studyinspiration #studyinspo #studygram #studygrammer #studyaccount #studyaesthetic #studytips #studytip #studyadvice #studyhacks #productivityhacks #productivityhabits #howtostudy #studyvlog #studyblog #studyblogger #studyblr #studydesk #desksetup #deskgoals #finalseason
