This is actually very easy - the resin is like jelly so you can move the charms around until you get the look you like. Once done, cure with UV light. Work your way down in sections and cure until hardened. Mine took about 5 minutes. #craft #craftnight #easycraft #diy #easydiy girls night galentines craft idea diy junk phone case

A shaved scalp under UV light can reveal something you would never notice in normal lighting. In humans, certain fungal infections can make patches of hair and skin fluoresce, causing them to glow bright blue green when exposed to a Wood’s lamp. This happens because some fungi can invade the outer layer of skin and the hair shaft itself. As they grow and feed, they produce metabolic byproducts and pigments that are UV reactive. A Wood’s lamp gives off long wave ultraviolet light, and when that UV hits those fungal compounds, they absorb the energy and re emit it as visible light, which is the glow you see. That is why it can look so extreme even though the infection might not be obvious in daylight. The UV light is not creating the color, it is revealing a chemical signature left behind by the organism on the scalp. Microsporum species are the most likely to fluoresce, while fungi like Trichophyton, Candida, and Malassezia typically do not, making this test a strong diagnostic clue but still something doctors confirm with lab testing. "Hey put this poison on your face and you'll be protected from cancer" Sunscreen as seen through a UV camera. Under UV light, sunscreen appears dark because it blocks ultraviolet radiation from reaching the skin. That’s exactly what it’s designed to do. UV rays from the sun are one of the main causes of skin damage, premature aging, and skin cancer. Sunscreens use mineral or chemical filters to absorb or reflect these rays before they penetrate the skin. When applied properly and reapplied during sun exposure, they can significantly reduce UV damage. Sun protection isn’t just about sunscreen though. Shade, protective clothing, hats, and limiting intense midday sun all help reduce long-term skin damage. The goal isn’t fear of the sun. It’s understanding how to protect your skin while still enjoying time outdoors. Do you wear sunscreen regularly when you're in the sun? The advantages of UV eyelash glue compared with ordinary eyelash glue are as follows: Faster Drying Time • UV eyelash glue cures quickly when exposed to UV light or LED light, usually taking only a few seconds to a dozen seconds to dry completely. In contrast, ordinary eyelash glue takes longer to air dry, which may take several minutes. Stronger Adhesion • UV eyelash glue forms a firm bond after curing, providing a stronger adhesion force. It can firmly attach false eyelashes to natural eyelashes, reducing the risk of false eyelashes falling off easily, even when exposed to sweat or water. Ordinary eyelash glue may not have as strong an adhesive force and is more likely to come loose. Better Waterproof and Sweatproof Performance • The cured UV eyelash glue has excellent waterproof and sweatproof properties. It can withstand contact with water and sweat without losing its adhesive properties, keeping the false eyelashes in place. Ordinary eyelash glue may be affected by water and sweat, causing the false eyelashes to become loose or fall off. More Stable Chemical Properties • UV eyelash glue has more stable chemical properties and is less likely to react with other substances. It is not easily affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, ensuring the consistency of its performance. Ordinary eyelash glue may be more prone to changes in viscosity and adhesion due to environmental factors. Lower Allergy Risk • Generally, UV eyelash glue uses relatively pure raw materials and has a relatively simple composition, which can reduce the risk of allergic reactions. In contrast, some ordinary eyelash glues may contain more additives and chemical substances, increasing the possibility of causing allergic reactions in some people. . . #uvglue #eyelashextension #senselashes

What you’re seeing isn’t science fiction. It’s everyday life under a UV light. A restaurant in Japan conducted a simple but powerful experiment to reveal how fast germs travel during normal dining. One participant had their hand coated with a fluorescent substance designed to represent microorganisms. Nothing else was changed. No special behavior. Just eating, touching utensils, moving around, and interacting naturally. After only 30 minutes, the results were shocking. Under ultraviolet light, the glowing substance had spread across plates, shared utensils, food trays, door handles, and even onto other guests. Every casual touch left a trace. Every surface became a silent carrier. The experiment doesn’t rely on fear. It relies on visibility. It shows how microorganisms don’t need extreme conditions to spread. They move through the simplest human habits we repeat every day without thinking. This is why basic hygiene still matters. Hand washing. Surface cleaning. Mindful contact in shared spaces. Not because the world is dangerous, but because it’s connected. In crowded environments like restaurants, offices, schools, and public transport, prevention isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness. Sometimes, all it takes to change behavior is seeing the invisible made visible. 🔍 SEO (Search Optimized Description) A Japanese restaurant experiment used fluorescent dye and UV light to demonstrate how quickly germs spread through normal dining interactions. The results highlight the importance of hand hygiene and surface cleaning in public spaces and shared environments. 🔥 Hashtags #GermSpread #PublicHealth #HygieneAwareness #ScienceExperiment #HealthEducation

This X post shares a 14-second video of a juggler performing with glowing green phosphorescent balls under blacklight in a dimly lit room, captioned simply "Wow" to capture its hypnotic appeal. Posted by @Vidclipsx , an account focused on entertaining clips, on December 25, 2025, it amassed 186, 000 views and 755 likes within hours, sparking replies in Indonesian and English calling it "incredible" and "fun." The visual effect relies on phosphorescence, where materials like zinc sulfide absorb UV light and re-emit it slowly; research in perceptual psychology shows such glowing patterns boost viewer engagement by mimicking bioluminescent phenomena in nature. Yooperlites are syenite rocks embedded with sodalite, a mineral that fluoresces bright orange under ultraviolet light due to its ability to absorb UV wavelengths and re-emit them as visible light. In daylight they look like ordinary gray rocks, making them nearly impossible to identify without a UV light source. They are found primarily along the shorelines of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, which is where the name comes from, combining Yooper, the nickname for residents of the Upper Peninsula, with lite, a reference to the sodalite inside. The fluorescence is a natural chemical property of the sodalite mineral and does not fade or wear off over time. #rocks #geology #nature #minerals yooperlite
