NAI would have never thought about this on my own.
Val was thinking about how to turn Khachapuri into something new.
He started playing with flavor ideas and suddenly said,
“What if we add matcha to the dough?”
It was a hard NO from me.
But then he yelled:
“Matchapuri!”
And I don’t know… something clicked.
I mixed the dough.
It turned this beautiful green color.
We baked it.
Golden, bubbly, soft.
And it was actually… so good.
Even the kids loved it.
So that’s the story of how #Matchapuri was born:-)))
