PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH SLICE Save this one for later - you won’t regret it! 🤎 Follow @oliviatreble_ for more nourishing plant-based recipes 🌱 Soft, fudgy, and packed with protein—this no-bake slice hits all the right spots & oh-so-delicious. Perfect for a post-workout treat, snack, or just when you need a little indulgence treat. 🤤🍫 Ingredients (makes 12 slices): 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup almond flour (or any nut flour) 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew) 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup plant-based protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) 2–3 tbsp plant-based milk (to adjust consistency) 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks Method: 1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, and protein powder. 2. Add the nut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms. 3. If the dough feels too dry, add plant-based milk 1 tbsp at a time until it holds together but stays fudgy. 4. Fold in chocolate chips. 5. Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch pan. 6. These are perfect for school days, park days, or that after-school “I’m hungry” moment! Soft cookie-dough outside, creamy chocolate middle… without nuts, refined sugar or added oils ✨ Save this one 🤎 ⸻ Nut-Free Cookie Dough Bliss Balls Makes 10–12 Cacao Cream Centre • ½ cup sunflower seed butter or tahini • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup • 1 tbsp cacao powder • Pinch sea salt • ½ tsp vanilla Method: Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spoon ½-tsp portions onto baking paper and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm. ⸻ Cookie Dough Shell • 1 cup oat flour (or finely blended rolled oats) • ¾ cup soft Medjool dates • 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup • ½ tsp vanilla • Pinch sea salt • 3 tbsp chocolate chips Method: Blend dates until a paste forms. Add oat flour, maple syrup, vanilla and salt and blend until soft and dough-like. Fold through choc chips if using. ⸻ Assemble Flatten 1 tbsp of cookie dough mixture in your palm, place a frozen cacao centre inside, roll to seal and chill for 15 minutes. ⸻ ✨ Protein Ball Option To turn these into nut-free protein balls, simply: • Replace ¼ cup oat flour with ¼ cup vanilla or plain plant-based protein powder • Add 1–2 tbsp milk of choice if the mixture feels dry This keeps them soft, filling, and perfect for growing bodies needing longer-lasting energy 🤍 ⸻ 🧺 Lunchbox: These hold well at room temperature for 4–6 hours 🫶🏻 #healthyblissballs #healthykids #lunchboxideas #healthyeating #lunchbox

I love how perfectly portioned they are and I SWEAR the dates taste better when they’re smashed! Here’s how 👩‍🍳 🔹10 medjool dates For the cookie dough 🔹1 cup ground almonds 🔹1/4 cup maple syrup 🔹1/2 cup cashew butter Optional:2 tbsp chocolate chips 🔹 1/2 cup chocolate ( @rawhalo) ▪️ pit the dates and place them on a lined baking tray ▪️ mix the cookie dough ingredients in a bowl, folding in the choc chips if using, then roll into balls and place a ball onto each date, cover with baking paper and smash each one down with a glass ▪️ melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted. Spoon the chocolate on top of the dates and chill until set, then sprinkle with peanuts ▪️ store in the fridge or freezer if you want to them to keep for longer, but as if!
