🔖 save for next weeks planner dump! 10 min on Friday afternoon (or during your Sunday reset) to have some clear priorities for the following week?? sign me up I keep it so so simple: > meal plan to include dinner every night, even if that means leftovers or order out (note to self: consider mapping out lunch too) > daily chore that I tackle during my corp wfh lunch break so I’m not spending my evenings and weekends scrubbing toilets > daily priority for both work and personal — bigger projects get broken into tasks and sometimes it’s as vanilla as ups returns or clearing out my notes BONUS: daily movement - I used to include this but now in my third trimester I’m getting enough movement going up and down the stairs and chasing my 3 year old I’ve found that getting it all written out at the start of the week reduces my decision fatigue and gives me a map to follow when the motivation isn’t there. Plug and play with room to adjust when life does its thing and you get a last minute meeting invite or have to bring extra undies to camp. daily routine | work life balance | planner dump | planner layout | productivity | corporate wfh | working mom | 9 to 5 | lunch break | chore routine | daily vlog | midwest family | toddler mom | second time mom | third trimester | nesting

HOW TO PLAN A HEALTHY WEEKLY MENU As a dietitian and a busy mom, here’s how I plan my weekly menu to pack in more protein and fiber for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Life can feel scattered with kids’ schedules, work, health, and everything else, but having a plan keeps me organized and on track. Every Thursday or Friday, I sit down and brain dump my top 3 priorities, appointments, and weekly to-dos in my planner, so I’m fully present with my kids on the weekend. Then, I move on to the weekly menu. I created this section to make it easy for you to focus on getting enough protein and fiber every day—giving you the energy to feel better, look better, and reach your health goals. If you’re ever stuck, the Nutrition Cheat Sheets are a lifesaver for sparking new ideas. And, having a meal plan means no last-minute decisions, which helps you stay consistent with your health goals. With the grocery checklist and workout schedule right there, it’s all set up to make life simpler. Saturdays are usually for grocery shopping and Sunday is for meal prepping. The planner has helped me stay on track and consistent with all my goals: health, happiness, work, family and personal goals. It provides structure for my day and eliminates a lot of procrastination.
