GOKaelos is led deeper into the labyrinth by the Tech-Priest. The walls pulse with an organic, sinister glow, and the air is heavy with faint whispers that claw at Kaelos’s sanity. The chamber they reach is a grotesque revelation.
Servitors stand watching his every move, their mutilated forms fused with machinery, flickering with eerie light. In the room’s center looms the entity: a horrific Xenos Warp-based abomination within a flickering containment field. Its form writhes with biomechanical chaos, its psychic tendrils brushing Kaelos’s mind, filling him with unease and the weight of its insatiable hunger for souls.
As Kaelos approaches, it’s gaze locks onto Kaelos, and in that moment, he feels something deeper—a connection. The creature reacts violently, its psychic emanations surging, as though recognizing something within him.
The Tech-Priest recoils in shock, his binary prayers faltering. “It… senses you,” he stammers. His tone betrays both awe and fear. Kaelos, too, feels the truth—it knows him, probing his mind as if unlocking a latent secret buried deep within his being.
In the chaos, the servitors spring to life, their movements sharp and menacing. Kaelos knows he must act quickly. The Tech-Priest’s allegiance is clear, but the creature’s reaction has shattered the priest’s confidence. This is Kaelos’s moment to decide the path forward.
Your Choice:
1️⃣ Confront the Tech-Priest: Seize the chaos to expose his treachery and fight the entity head-on. But the servitors are advancing, and the creature’s power is likely too great to overcome.
2️⃣ Withdraw to the Console: Use the momentary distraction to retreat to the cogitator. Send a signal for reinforcements, but time is short, and the stakes have never been higher.

The priest responds, his tone calm yet heavy with foreboding:
“A relic of the Dark Age of Technology, sealed away to bury its secrets. It was built to study the creatures that haunt the Warp… and to contain one that defies comprehension.”
With no choice but to trust him, Kaelos follows the priest through the doorway. The chamber beyond is a nightmare made real: towering ancient machines, rusted and slick with slime, loom over consoles blinking erratically. Biomechanical tendrils drip fluid, and faint silhouettes of inhuman forms linger in the distance, shrouded in green mist. Unease thickens the air as the truth of the facility begins to unfold.

The Tech-Priest halts briefly, bionic eye glinting in the dim light. “There is… a passage below, one that might shield you from the Slaugth—if we reach it.”
They enter a dim chamber filled with ancient cogitators, their flickering lights casting strange patterns across the walls. The Tech-Priest begins working at the controls, his movements precise yet oddly unsettling. “Hold them off while I unlock the path,” he murmurs. Kaelos raises his weapon instinctively, but something feels wrong. As a shadow stirs at the edge of his vision, he realizes with chilling clarity: the Tech-Priest may have led him into something far worse than the Slaugth.
