In the Wangan Midnight / Midnight Maximum Tune series, the blue Nissan Fairlady Z (S30Z) takes center stage. With a Kitami-tuned L28 straight-six stroked to 3.1L and twin-turbocharged, it’s a machine said to have a spirit of its own — earning the name “Devil Z.”
Since the story is set a few decades back, we thought it’d be fitting to put it against something more modern. The Ferrari F40 is already a legend, but in the hands of Liberty Walk it becomes something else entirely. Tuned to around 754 ch (~744 bhp), it has the clear power advantage — yet the L28 shows it can keep pulling beyond what should be its limit.
So the question is —
