Zoho has given India independence in software with over 50 cloud apps, reducing reliance on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The Education Ministry has officially adopted Zoho’s office suite, and ministers are now presenting on Zoho apps.
Zoho’s new messenger, Aratai, is lightweight, works on low internet, and is designed for India, though its data privacy is not yet like WhatsApp. This profitable, debt-free, and independent company is proving that a person from a small village can build a global tech ecosystem.
