CI2e = Twice Exceptional is when a person is gifted + has a learning disorder. Being 2e can often feel like the brain has opposing needs/goals. But with the right support, the two can be aligned and when that happens it feels AWESOME.

CH年中さん終わりに「発達検査、受けてみる？」と
担当医に提案されて受け、
その結果を見た担当医から
「小学校４年生くらいになったら
学校に行かなくなるでしょうね。
つまらなくなると思う。」
と言われた当時。
特別
「え？！こんなのできるの？」とか
「こんな難しいのも楽しむの？」というタイプではなく
そして１つの事にのめり込むタイプでもなく
好奇心だけは本当に旺盛だから
あちこち興味を向けては
諸々中途半端。
（↑これも特性を物語っている様子だけれど）
その為、
それなりの様子で学校を過ごすだろうと
勝手にイメージしていたけれど
予言的中で、
２年生からしているブレンド型登校も
やっぱり４年生になったら
「学校、いいや！」が
より軽やかに。笑
きっかけは
✔︎学び取り方の個性によるもの
✔︎繊細さからくる学校生活への
過ごしにくさ
（↑どれも特性にバンバン当てはまりすぎ😅）
学校休んでも
相変わらずほんわか
いつの間にか諸々吸収するタイプで
学習という学習はせず。
『学校に行かなくなるタイプだね』と
伝えられた時
「もしそうだったらそれはそれで
成長を見届けるの面白そうだな。」
と思っていた私自身も
『相変わらず』の持ち主。笑

SOPessoas com TDAH não funcionam apenas à base de vontade, intenção ou importância emocional.
Elas podem se importar muito, querer responder, pensar na pessoa várias vezes ao dia…
e mesmo assim não conseguir responder naquele momento.
E isso não é desinteresse.
Muito menos falta de afeto.
O que acontece, muitas vezes, está ligado ao funcionamento do cérebro — não ao sentimento.
Alguns pontos ajudam a entender melhor:

✅ 1. Memória de trabalho instável
A pessoa lê a mensagem, pensa na resposta, às vezes até começa a escrever…
Mas basta uma interrupção, uma mudança de foco ou um estímulo novo, e o cérebro simplesmente “arquiva” aquilo como se já tivesse sido resolvido.
A resposta ficou só na mente.
E a percepção de que não respondeu só vem dias depois.

✅ 2. Dificuldade em iniciar tarefas simples
Responder uma mensagem parece fácil, mas envolve vários passos invisíveis:
abrir o aplicativo, ler com atenção, interpretar o tom, formular a resposta, escrever, revisar, enviar.
Para quem tem TDAH, essa sequência pode parecer grande demais — até quando a resposta seria algo simples como “oi” ou “tô bem”.

✅ 3. Autocobrança e paralisia social
Existe também o medo de responder “mal”, “frio” ou do jeito errado.
Quanto mais a pessoa se importa, mais cresce a cobrança interna.
E aí o cérebro entra em modo trava:
“Depois respondo com mais calma”
Esse “depois” vira horas… ou dias.

✅ 4. Hiperfoco e sobrecarga mental
Em momentos de cansaço extremo ou hiperfoco, o cérebro prioriza sobreviver à própria demanda interna.
Estímulos sociais ficam em segundo plano — não por escolha, mas por limitação.
Não é que a pessoa esqueceu de você.
É que ela estava tentando não se perder de si mesma.

✅ 5. Sentir não significa agir imediatamente
No TDAH, emoção e ação nem sempre andam juntas.
É possível sentir carinho, saudade e amor intensamente…
sem conseguir transformar isso em resposta rápida.
Isso pode machucar quem espera — e essa dor é válida.
Mas não é o mesmo que descaso intencional.

💡 Nem tudo que parece falta de afeto, é.
Às vezes, é só alguém tentando dar conta de tudo ao mesmo tempo.
