Peel the skin
Filet it
Season it
Bake it
It turns into a bread-like texture.
* Temp: 375°F (190°C)
* Time: 25–35 minutes
Pro tip:�If you want a chewier “bread,” lower to 350°F for 35 minutes.�If you want a crispier, toast-like texture, bump to 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
