🛑 This is a big problem 🛑 There are far too many people who draw inaccurate conclusions from studies and then spread that misinformation online. Does poor sleep impact all kids? Yes! Do many kids with ADHD struggle with sleep? Also yes! Does poor sleep make ADHD worse? Another yes. Did this study show that improving sleep can be more beneficial than ADHD medications? Absolutely not. Also, using the term “drugs” for ADHD medication isn’t helpful. Do better! If you want a further breakdown of what this study actually said, let me know.
