ARP Wave uses high-frequency direct current — A common question I get is “How is @arpwave different than other regular estim?” Let’s break it down. ⬇️ ARP Wave uses high-frequency direct current that penetrates deeper into tissue and targets the neurological system. So it’s obviously much stronger. The main purpose with the ARP is to find neurological protective patterns and improve neuromuscular efficiency by increasing muscle fiber recruitment and improving the signal to the brain. It forces the nervous system to relax those protective patterns, helps restore range of motion, and retrain more efficient movement patterns. So you ideally want to throw it on specific areas and go through deficient movement patterns with it on. Something like a Marc Pro for example uses a low-frequency alternating current that produces a smooth, non-fatiguing twitch.
