EVSlams, Tosses and regular Sit Ups are fun. But, have a Medicine Ball and want to try something a little different?
Here is a Med Mall Ab Circuit that you can actually do with no Med Ball at all! You can use a dumbbell, kettlebell, or no equipment. So, grab what you got...or not, and give this a go!
45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Repeat 3 times.
**For those exercises with an a) and b): Perform a) for 30 seconds and then b) for 15 seconds as a burn out.
1. Hollow Body Straight Leg Up and Over Med Ball 45 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
2. a)Med Ball Straddle V-Up 30 seconds
b)Med Ball Straddle V-Up with Opposite Reach 15 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
3. a) Med Ball Sit Up and Chop 30 seconds
b) Med Ball Russian Twists 15 seconds
