Slams, Tosses and regular Sit Ups are fun. But, have a Medicine Ball and want to try something a little different? Here is a Med Mall Ab Circuit that you can actually do with no Med Ball at all! You can use a dumbbell, kettlebell, or no equipment. So, grab what you got...or not, and give this a go! 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Repeat 3 times. **For those exercises with an a) and b): Perform a) for 30 seconds and then b) for 15 seconds as a burn out. 1. Hollow Body Straight Leg Up and Over Med Ball 45 seconds Rest 15 seconds 2. a)Med Ball Straddle V-Up 30 seconds b)Med Ball Straddle V-Up with Opposite Reach 15 seconds Rest 15 seconds 3. a) Med Ball Sit Up and Chop 30 seconds b) Med Ball Russian Twists 15 seconds Have fun and let me know what you think!

You can perform these 4 exercises as a Leg Burn Out Circuit or try out a new exercise on your next lower body day! Perform all exercises in a row with as little rest in between. 1.
