Walkability is very uncommon in the Phoenix metro especially in the suburbs so to find a neighborhood that has the ability to walk (or golf cart 😉) to some of the town’s best restaurants and dining is a rarity and special! On top of that, Agritopia is one of the most community driven neighborhoods is all of the valley. The developer’s vision was to create an urban community where people from all walks of life could come together and enjoy being with one another.
