ROFor the fourth installment of my series, “Staging with” in partnership with @allclad , I visited my dear friend and mastermind behind SOS Chefs, Atef Boulaabi. She’s a beautiful soul who sources, mixes, and creates the most spellbinding spices, vinegars, syrups, pastes, and dried goods that all of the best chefs rely on to create their fare. Atef is warm, sharp, and wickedly talented, and I had the honor of visiting her home kitchen to learn how to make brick a l'oeuf, a classic snack from her home country of Tunisia.
To make a l’oeuf, we flash-fried it in my All-Clad D5 Stainless cookware.
