Being ridiculous and very very good aren’t mutually exclusive. Their new song ‘The Radiator’ immortalises the Dyson Airblade while throwing nods to Daft Punk, Justice, Underworld and Ed Banger Records. Makes me chuckle that some of their earlier tracks had vocals recorded on computer head-mics in their bathrooms. There’s topics of class disparity, mental health and eating a big plate that puts you in a bigger nap.
@breakfast_records is a label you need to follow closely cause they keep putting out bangers. @thecindystheband @langkamerband @mumble_tide @ead.wood are all part of their rapidly growing world. I wear my fish shirt all the time up and down the high street.
‘The Radiator’ is out now and they just announced a massive show at the Bristol Beacon that you should definitely get tickets to and make a trip out of it. I’m thinking of interviewing people outside like it’s Heavy Metal Parking Lot but likely with more vapes and buzzballs.
