TIWhat a journey it’s been. When I first found out I was pregnant, one of my biggest wishes was to be able to keep working out — and I feel so blessed that I did. From the very first day until the day before giving birth, I stayed active, and I’m truly thankful that my pregnancy was such a smooth and beautiful experience.
I’ve always been an active person, and my body has always craved movement. Staying consistent helped me feel strong, happy, and connected to myself and my baby. Everything just felt easier from food to exercise and I honestly enjoyed every moment of it.
But I also want to remind every mama out there that everyone’s journey is different. Don’t compare yourself to anyone. The most important thing is your health and your baby’s. If you can move, move. If you can’t, rest and take care of yourself. This phase is short, so enjoy it as much as you can because you’ll be back to your routine sooner than you think.
