Here’s a little sneak peek tour of our rack options. We have the @elitefts Power Racks, Rack Platforms, and Deluxe Monolift for our powerlifters. We wanted to have the platforms for the racks so if it’s busy we would have additional deadlift space. Also, if you’re like me and you’re squatting with a group, you can set up your gear and some chairs and not be in a main walkway. All of our racks will have @texaspowerbars Texas Squat Bars and all of our Deadlift platforms will have Rogue Deadlift Bars. We also have a Kabuki PR Deadlift bar. We wanted to make sure that everybody has the right tools for their workout. One of the racks is equipped with @roguefitness Trolly Lever Arms. Things are coming together! And enough options that “all the machines were taken” is no longer a valid excuse. This is just the section in our weight room. We also have more leg machines in our pin-loaded section, women’s only weight room and more over at ABC IRON! This is just the machines, there’s still a Bajillion freeweignt exercises you could do in our squat racks and on our multiple turf areas! No lines. No excuses. No skipping leg day. She asked for a hammy/glute dominate day and I said your wish is my command! Just gotta be careful with them wishes sometimes.. Had to throw SOME quads in there so I had her compound set these with slow eccentric tempo cyclist squats. Those weren’t captured but they were there. Just ask her 😅 GROW THEM LEGS!
