Brown butter chocolate chip cookies
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz salted butter (browned)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups AP flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Flaky salt
Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. Then, portion it into 24 balls. Place the dough balls back in the fridge to set. When you’re ready, bake them at 350°F for about 12–15 minutes. Enjoy!
