Preheat oven to 350 F & line loaf pans with butter or parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients of sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, apple pie spice + cinnamon. Whisk until combined, set aside. 2. In a separate large mixing bowl, add milk, eggs, tsp vanilla and oil, beat with a hand mixer or whisk until combined. 3. Gently add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until there are no dry flour steaks in the batter. Add chopped apples and fold to combine. 4. Transfer batter to loaf pans and combine all topping ingredients of sugar, cinnamon and apple spice to a bowl and sprinkle on top of the batter. Swirl into loaf using a knife. 5. Bake 35-40 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out free of batter. #birchlane #holiday #recipe
