SAWe often ignore the calories in our tea breaks because they don’t feel like a meal. But the math tells a different story.
The Breakdown:
🔸 Cup A (The Conscious Cup):
• Karak Chai + 1 Tsp Sugar.
• ~80 - 100 Calories. (A perfect little pick-me-up).
🔸 Cup B (The “Habit” Cup):
• Karak Chai + 2 Tsp Sugar + 6 Biscuits.
• ~300+ Calories. (The same calories as a small chicken sandwich).
The Lesson:
I’m not saying you can never have the biscuits. Dip them. Enjoy them. But if you do this day, at least adjust your total intake accordingly.
Enjoy the culture, but count the cost.
✨ Look good, smell great and eat clean…. But not always 😉
