These Tigers teamed up on me👀 Just kidding, these guys were definitely not trying as hard as I was🥲 There’s no way I could even beat one of them so taking two of them would be out of the question😅 I could barely even move the small one and he doesn’t even look like he was trying😂 Tigers are incredibly strong and can even take down animals much larger than themselves🤯 They are one of the strongest predators on Earth. I’m sure we have all seen those videos of cats doing incredible jumps or landing on their feet every time, so now imagine that on a giant scale🙌 They hunt on their own and their bite is strong enough to pierce thick hides with ease😳

Can’t beat an unexpected PB *chef kiss* . . Had a bit of wobble during the week. Felt a little bit mentally tired, like unable to push through the harder parts of a session. But managed to put it to one side and just send it from gun to tape. As part of a 228km training week, I headed down to the Paddock Wood Half Marathon to defend my title from last year. In 2025 I battled majority of the way with @max_milarvie , but this year it was more of a time trial. I channelled my inner remco and just chased the clock (metaphorically and literally). Despite the final 100m where the timing car had to slow round bends to par up, and the glaringly obvious differences between me and @jacob_kiplimo , there was no drafting on show today (I promise). But 13 miles around some lovely country roads was extremely enjoyable. I ended up coming home 5 seconds off the course record (would’ve bagged £250 if I’d ran a bit quicker 😭 £50 per second 🫠), but a new PB of 64:43 nonetheless. A great way to end a birthday weekend to celebrate my newly developed frontal lobe.
