Yes, I quit seed oils.

CHHow to Make Beef Tallow
Ingredients
• 2 kg beef fat (suet or trimmings)
Instructions
1. Chop the beef fat into very small pieces. The smaller the pieces, the better and faster it renders.
2. Place the chopped fat into a large pot.
3. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
• Do not let it fry or burn—the fat should slowly melt and release liquid oil.
4. Once most of the fat has melted and the solid pieces look shriveled and golden, remove from heat.
5. Carefully strain the liquid fat through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a heat-safe container.
6. Let it cool at room temperature, then cover and refrigerate if desired.
7. Once cooled, the tallow will solidify into a creamy white or pale yellow fat.
Storage
• Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several months, or freeze for longer storage.
