REWELLNESS CHAT. 💭 Does anyone have any tips on how to break this cycle? I feel like maybe I need to go back to the why behind prioritizing my wellness and ask myself when I do prioritize it, what is my motivator? But honestly I’m at a loss and with each year I get older (especially post pandemic) I really struggle to find consistency in prioritizing my wellness. I feel like I almost go overboard when I am having an “on week” where I’ll do the most - good sleep, exercise, eating right, skincare routine etc and then the next it all hits the fan.
