MIHips like movement (fluidity) and strength, which means manual manipulation can often help with muscle tension. It’s the biggest ball-and-socket joint in our bodies. It does a lot of work for us every day, especially if you’re a pro bodybuilder or athlete, the muscles can get extremely overused and tight.
My suggestion is: If you train a lot, make sure you move your hips in all planes of motion, consistently.
Most of us overuse their hip flexors by keeping them in one position for too long (like sitting, driving or a lot of walking - sagittal plane) and not doing any other movements such as frontal or transverse planes of motion.
With that being said, just take care of your hips and move them around. It’s my own reminder 🙂↕️
