Here’s a look at my non neg-oshes (negotiables). My January reset rules: - Daily movement, no excuses - Damp January and adding in extra hydration! Lately that means rehydrating with my go-to @drinkwtrmln 😍 Made with real watermelon, just 3 simple ingredients, no added sugar, and packed with electrolytes (7x the potassium of a sports drink 👀). Fun to drink of its own or in a mocktail (or cocktail…) - Digital detoxing - Full Sunday resets Anything else you’re doing this month as a reset?!
