Work on your movement, creating angles and Pivots. No Punches! Keep the entire upper body nice and relaxed. Rounds 3-4: Jab only. Use the different types of jabs that you know. Single Jab = Power Jab Double Jab = Use mostly Triple Jab = Stepping Around you target Body Jab = Piercing Power Punch Rounds 5-6: Go-To Combination. This is your favorite combination that you like to throw most often in training/Sparring. Get as many reps as you can with throwing this simple, 3-4 punch combination. High intensity. Rounds 7-8: Shadowboxing w/ hand weights: High Volume. High Intensity. Focus a little less on technique and more on power and output. Test your conditioning. Rounds 9-10 Defense Only. I like to break the rules in beauty by doing different "experiments — This is what happened when I washed my hair with shampoo mixed with conditioner. ⠀ I like to break the rules in beauty by doing different “experiments,” so this was my latest attempt to step outside of the box and try something…different. ⠀ I mixed shampoo and conditioner together, and I washed my entire head of hair with it. Yes, I mean from the roots to the ends. ⠀ First, I want to emphasize that my hair is usually shiny and smooth, so the results aren’t THAT much different from the norm. ⠀ But, I did notice one major difference. The difference is similar to the results I experienced when I washed my hair with conditioner first, and then shampoo. ⠀ When I do my regular hair care routine (shampoo first, then conditioner), my hair is slightly frizzy right after I blow dry. The frizz goes away after a few hours. ⠀ When I mixed my shampoo and conditioner together, there was absolutely NO frizz on my hair after blow drying. This is exactly what happened when I washed my hair in reverse. ⠀ Why is this? I don’t know. The only possible explanation I can think of is that maybe conditioner somehow makes my hair frizzy? But I went YEARS without using conditioner, and my hair was extremely frizzy and dry…so I don’t think conditioner alone makes my hair frizzy. ⠀ Leave your hypotheses in the comments below!
