BC🏙️ As Singapore continues to grow into a more connected, sustainable and liveable city, we will need more Built Environment (BE) professionals to drive the next phase of nation-building.
At the 𝐌𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, Second Minister for National Development Ms Indranee Rajah, shared the progress made to strengthen our Built Environment (BE) sector. Building on the positive momentum from the Taskforce for Architectural and Engineering Consultants, the next phase will focus on uplifting the Quantity Surveying profession.
Quantity Surveyors (QSes) play a critical role in every development, ensuring projects are cost-effective, financially sustainable, and delivered smoothly.
🆕 𝐀 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐐𝐒 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝, bringing together QS professionals, service buyers, Institutes of Higher Learning and relevant agencies to develop recommendations that will strengthen and elevate the profession for the future.
🏗️ A strong BE sector will require strong and capable people to drive change and transformation. We remain committed to invest in talent where passion can translate into meaningful, long-term careers.
