CAEn ‘El eterno presente’, Cachito Vallés propone un recorrido donde luz, tiempo y percepción se entrelazan para invitar a la contemplación y a la experiencia sensorial.
La primera gran exposición individual institucional del artista sevillano presenta una visión global de su trayectoria a través de una treintena de obras —once de ellas nuevas producciones— que dialogan directamente con la arquitectura del Claustrón Sur y el Arco de San Miguel del Monasterio de la Cartuja.
Instalaciones lumínicas y sonoras, pinturas y piezas que transitan entre lo pictórico y lo instalativo, articulan una reflexión sobre la belleza, la noción del tiempo y la relación del individuo con el espacio y las obras, conectando ciencia, filosofía, antropología y una dimensión casi ritual de la experiencia artística.

In ‘El eterno presente’, Cachito Vallés proposes a journey in which light, time, and perception intertwine, inviting contemplation and a sensory experience.
The first major institutional solo exhibition by the Sevillian artist offers a comprehensive view of his career through around thirty works—eleven of them newly produced—that engage in direct dialogue with the architecture of the Claustrón Sur and the Arco de San Miguel of the Monasterio de la Cartuja.
Light and sound installations, paintings, and works that move between the pictorial and the installative articulate a reflection on beauty, the notion of time, and the relationship between the individual, space, and the artworks, connecting science, philosophy, anthropology, and an almost ritual dimension of the artistic experience.
