Unsweetened applesauce: 60g
Vanilla extract: 5g
Buttermilk: 120g
Hot water: 60g
Coconut Pecan / Almond Filling:
Sweetened condensed milk: 200g
Unsweetened shredded coconut: 75g
Chopped pecans/ Almonds : 75g
Butter: 30g
Vanilla extract: 2.5g
Cornstarch: 8g
Chocolate Frosting:
Dark chocolate: 100g
Heavy cream: 100g
Butter: 25g
Vanilla extract: 2.5g

Cake: Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients, then mix with dry. Add hot water. Bake at 175°C for 25-30 mins. Cool.
Filling: Heat condensed milk, butter, and cornstarch until thick. Stir in coconut, pecans/ Almonds , and vanilla. Cool.
Frosting: Pour hot cream over chocolate. Add butter, vanilla, and mix until smooth. Cool.
Assemble: Layer cake with filling and frost the sides.
