Isso deixa tudo mais leve e aumenta absurdamente sua constância. ✖️ A má notícia: Mesmo se você fizer 1 hora de escada que é, disparado, o cardio que mais aumenta o gasto calórico, ainda assim não vai compensar uma dieta desorganizada… muito menos um final de semana cheio de chutadas de balde 🪣😂 📌 Obs.: A queima calórica varia MUITO de pessoa pra pessoa, depende da intensidade, do seu peso, altura e condição física. Dopiero po ok. 20–30 minutach coraz większy udział w produkcji energii mają kwasy tłuszczowe (β-oksydacja). Po drugie: intensywność tlenowa 🫁 Marsz pod górę podnosi tętno, ale zwykle zostaje w strefie tlenowej (ok. 60–75% HRmax).
