🥚 Best Spring Roll Sheet with Egg (Restaurant Style)
Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour – 1 cup
• Cornflour – 2 tbsp
• Egg – 1
• Water – 1 cup (adjust for thin batter)
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Oil – few drops for brushing
Method:
1. In a bowl, whisk egg, flour, cornflour, salt, and water to make a smooth, lump-free, thin batter.
2. Heat a non-stick pan, lightly brush with oil.
3. Pour a ladle of batter, swirl quickly to make a thin, round sheet.
4. Cook on low heat for 30–40 seconds (don’t brown it, just set the sheet).
5. Remove carefully and keep on a plate covered with a damp cloth.
6. Repeat till all sheets are done.
