You’ll be supporting the community day to day, answering questions, replying to emails, and making sure everyone feels looked after.
A big part of the role is customer success — helping people get the most out of what they’re part of and keeping the community engaged and happy.
If you’ve got 1–2 years of experience in community management, customer success, or customer support, you’ll be a great fit.
You don’t need to overcomplicate it.
If you’re organised, good with people, and comfortable communicating online, that’s what matters.
