ITI don’t really like leftovers but I also hate wasting good food so let’s prioritize cooking just enough for ONE night lol! To kick off the I Don’t Like Leftovers Series, we are having seared chicken breast and broccolini over a lemon garlic cream sauce. It’s simple, only requires one pan, and is perfect when cooking for one!
Ingredients (measure with your heart):
• One piece of chicken breast seasoned with salt, pepper, Kinder’s Lemon Butter Garlic, and paprika. Seared in avocado oil for 4-5 min on each side. Adjust cook time based on thickness of chicken breast.
• Handful of broccolini seared in butter and seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add water to steam.
• Sauce: Salted butter, chopped yellow onions, garlic paste, basil paste, flour heavy cream, spinach. Season with salt, pepper, Kinder’s Lemon Garlic Butter, paprika, fresh squeezed lemon
• Garnished with Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese
