Read this🚨 Here’s my video entry for the money by mainstack $3k creator grant🥹 I usually don’t come online to talk about my struggles. I prefer to show up strong and to show the results. But I’ve learned that you can’t receive help if you never speak up. Everyone says, “Start with what you have.” And I did. But no one talks about how exhausting it is to constantly create without the right tools, how mentally draining it feels to keep pushing when your resources are limited and how heavy it can get when you want so much more for yourself… and for your family. I’ve watched my parents work so hard to give us the best they could. I’ve seen the sacrifices. I’ve seen the effort to make sure we always had decent living conditions, even when it wasn’t easy. They’re getting older now. And one thing I want more than anything is to use my skills to give them one less thing to worry about. To move them into a better apartment, to put their minds at ease. To finally say, “You can rest. I’ve got this.” To @themainstack and @themomentconf — this isn’t just a grant to me. It’s stability for my family. It’s a chance to turn my skills into security for the people who raised me.
