WOQuick tips for CrossFit Open 26.3 before you hit your attempt 👀
Thrusters:
The light bar is a trap. Don’t rush it.
Stay smooth, breathe every rep, and remember to clean the first rep instead of standing it up then front squatting it.
Burpees:
This is where people blow up.
Don’t come out too hot, keep your footwork efficient, and avoid worming your way up. Lead with the chest so you don’t burn out your arms for the thrusters.
Barbell strategy:
When the weight climbs, keep it simple:
• Only add weight (don’t waste time changing plates)
• Pick clips that are fast to use
• When it gets remotely heavy for you, quick singles are your friend
Small decisions like these can make a huge difference in your final score.
