Understand what price point signals to your customer. ₹8K vs ₹12K isn’t math; it’s positioning. 2. Decision fatigue threshold How many design revisions before you say no? How many custom requests before they kill profitability? Set limits before launching, not after burnout. 3. Your refund philosophy “Customer is always right” destroys jewelry businesses. Decide your boundary before the first angry DM arrives. 4. Inventory vs made-to-order model Inventory = cash locked. Made-to-order = long wait times. There’s no perfect answer, so just pick your problem consciously. 5. The 3 products you’ll push, not 30 you’ll offer Curation beats variety.
