I made the DB30 Program with my fellow busy moms or just those that can’t make it to the gym in mind ☺️. It has been my only surprise drop program and quickly shot up to one of my most popular within a manner of a couple months! It’s perfect if you only have 1-2 sets of dumbbells at home and only have 30 minutes to commit.
How to crush it ⬇️ everything is 3 rounds only! Warm-ups and cool-downs are included on the actual program which brings it to 30 mins exactly 💪🏾
