In reality, it’s usually “I haven’t made it a priority.”
Quick litmus test example: check your screen time.
No time to lift, read, or hit steps…but 2-3 hours on IG? That’s not a time problem—it’s an intention problem.
3 moves to make time today:
▪️Shrink the task:
• 30-minute lift > waiting for the perfect 90.
▪️Lower the barrier:
• 10 pages > 0 pages.
▪️Stack it:
• 15-minute walk while on a call, or instead of a scroll (hell, scroll while you walk even!)
Simple system:
1. Time-block 2 non-negotiables (training + one habit).
2. Set an app limit + charge your phone out of reach during the workout.
3. Track what you actually did—your time shows your priorities.
