Did you know there’s a sprawling exhibit across the entire first floor of DRBU that features features paintings, photography, quilts and more all created by the students, staff and community? The Community Art Show is open now through May and its vibrant showcase of local talent. You’ll find other exhibits on the second floor that we’ll showcase in the coming days too!

Te așteptăm cu primul cadou de Crăciun pe anul acesta. Dr. BU și Flăcăi pe Roți îți oferă un nou design pentru hainele tale vechi în schimbul unei achiziții noi.
Regulament:
1. Cumperi un articol Dr. BU și primești la schimb un print nou ars cu clor pe haina ta veche. Pe pagina @dr.13u vei găsi toate modelele disponibile.
2. Hainele ar trebui să fie cât mai aproape de 100% bumbac pentru ca modelul să se vadă bine.
3. Culorile hainelor să fie cât mai întunecate pentru a se putea forma contrastul print-țesut.
4. Articolul cu care vii de acasă trebuie să fie o piesă care se poartă în partea superioară a corpului (tricou, geacă, hanorac, jachetă, maiou, etc).
Te așteptăm la Flăcăi pe roți, strada Mircea Vulcănescu 27, în weekendul 13-14 Decembrie să îți refresh-uim garderoba.

JA👉 Počítají vám hodinky drbání psa jako kroky? 🐶⌚
Protože… moje evidentně jo.
Zjistila jsem to jeden den, kdy mi nebylo úplně dobře.
Žádná procházka, žádné běhání, jen já, gauč a pes.
Drbu, drbu… kouknu na hodinky a 10 000 kroků splněno.
A teď vážně.
Těch „magických“ 10 000 kroků nevzniklo proto, že by to byl zázračný recept na hubnutí.
Je to staré marketingové číslo z Japonska – mělo se to hezky pamatovat, ne zachraňovat postavy.
Pro někoho je 10 000 kroků super.
Pro dalšího úplně nereálné.
A pro některé naopak vlastně málo, protože běžně bez toho, aby se snažil, nachodí i víc.
Navíc – ani hodinky nejsou neomylné.
Spousta lidí je na nich dnes až závislá.
Když nesplní kroky, chodí večer kolem stolu jen proto, aby „to tam naskákalo“.
Jenže hodinky mají být pomocník, ne šéf.
Mají nám dát přehled, ne pocit viny.
Pohyb má zapadat do života.
Ne život do hodinek.
