* 300g large prawns (with head and tail, shells removed)
* 1 tender coconut (save water and malai)
* 2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
* 1.5 tsp black mustard seeds
* 1 tbsp white poppy seeds
* 2 tbsp fresh coconut malai
* 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut
* 3–4 green chilies
* 2 onions, roughly chopped
* 1-inch piece ginger
* 6–7 cloves garlic
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* 1.5 tsp turmeric powder (for cleaning and marination)
* 2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
* 1.5 tbsp mustard oil
* Fresh coriander leaves
