One of my favorite ways to wake the body up. Perform a slow, controlled squat → reach to the floor → and roll out of it one vertebra at a time. Keep everything intentional and smooth. If the floor feels far, set your hands on yoga blocks - the goal is quality movement, not forcing range. Try 10 reps every morning.
