The new global fitness trend is called fibermaxxing. India has been doing it for 5,000 years. We just stopped. Fibermaxxing = hitting your daily fiber target of 25–35g through whole food. #Datassential calls it the #1 nutrition trend of 2026, overtaking protein. Pandemic-driven pivots to family meals, mobile app ordering, and delivery brought a new set of patrons into these services and although usage has declined from where they peaked during COVID, consumers are keeping some of these newly acquired habits.
