SAIf you’ve never made olive oil caramel, buckle up…
This is the easiest & most delicious ever!! It’s like magic! 💫
Directions:
Put equal parts* Olive Oil + pure maple syrup into a bowl and whisk! That’s it!!
Optional: add a sprinkle of salt + a splash of alcohol free vanilla (don’t use regular vanilla it has alcohol (which cooks off when heated, but since this is raw - use alcohol free vanilla or skip), but it’s optional.
And watch it turn into the creamiest, glow-worthy vegan, raw, antioxidant rich caramel.
*You can measure or eyeball like I did (if not measuring use a low bowl to see that your amounts are pretty equal).
Make just the amount you plan to use/serve. It comes together in a minute - so make it fresh each time. 🫶🏻
