Retracting your scapula WILL horizontal abduct your upper arm stealing away the responsibility from the rear delt Keep it slow and intentional #bodybuilding #shoulderworkout #weightlifting

These two exercises allow you to fully isolate them, however make sure to be extremely careful with form & tempo - it’s incredible easy to let your traps & back take over the rep. Focus on keeping your shoulders protracted & driving your arms “towards the wall” rather than straight back - this will help with limiting upper back engagement. Once you feel a true rear delt pump, you’ll know you nailed it ✔️ #FST7
