ZINow, rear delts and traps don’t function in the exact same manner, BUT when we become too explosive and try to move too much weight on rear delts flies (horizontal abduction) it’s only natural that your traps retract your scapula to compensate. Retracting your scapula WILL horizontal abduct your upper arm stealing away the responsibility from the rear delt
