ESWe talk about work-life balance a lot, but honestly, it only started making sense to us once we actually built our workday around it. We’ve learnt that when people are constantly tired or stretched, everything feels harder than it needs to. Clear boundaries have helped us work better, not less, and it’s made a huge difference to how the team feels day to day.
Here’s what we’ve noticed since we became really strict about our work timings.
• People are way more focused during the day because there’s no dragging work late
• Tasks get finished faster since everything is tracked properly
• Clients are clearer on when and how to reach us, which cuts down a lot of stress
• The team actually gets time to rest, switch off, and come back feeling fresh
• People choose to stay with us longer because they feel respected and supported
